Rethinking the Layout for Modern Living To enhance light and functionality, we relocated the kitchen, creating a seamless connection to the terrace and pool area. A large glass panel now offers breathtaking views, making the Mediterranean garden an extension of the interior. The entry was reconfigured, adding a hallway that improves flow while giving the living space more definition.

Expanding Upwards & Maximizing Space A former upstairs terrace was converted into a third bedroom, adding square meters while maintaining the home’s balance. The redesign also optimized existing spaces, ensuring every area serves a clear purpose.

A Perfect Blend of Indoor & Outdoor Living Large windows and terrace doors open up the home, flooding it with natural light and visually connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen bar on the terrace and the relocated pool create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.

A Mediterranean-Scandinavian Fusion A soft color palette of greys and blues, combined with natural materials like wood, linen, and handcrafted ceramics, adds warmth and authenticity. Black accents complement the open kitchen’s bold aesthetic, balancing modern elegance with Mediterranean charm.
